Welcome
The mission of the Office of University Special Events and Ceremonies is to coordinate high level events hosted by the University President. These
events must meet consistently high standards of protocol and logistics. Examples of such events include ground breaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies,
staff/faculty recognition and appreciation events, donor related events, and Board of Trustees meetings.
The Lifsey House is also managed by the Office of
University Special Events and Ceremonies as well as the events that are held at the venue.
Other highly visible events coordinated by this office include Board of Governors meetings, special requests by off-campus groups, and the Tampa campus Commencement ceremonies.
