ABOUT INFORMATION SYSTEMS/DECISION SCIENCES
The demand for technology savvy employees in today's business world makes the IS/DS department's graduates very valuable assets. The IS/DS department offers bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. degrees. USF's ties with area IT professionals ensure that the IS curriculum is up-to-date in the face of the constantly-changing industry. The department maintains strong ties with the industry in the Tampa Bay area, giving students an edge when they seek employment. USF's student organization, the Management Information Systems Society, is very active on campus.
