About Educational Leadership And Policy Studies
Students who enroll in an Educational Leadership program in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies will study with faculty who are experienced and active in today's schools at local, national, and global levels. Professional experiences of the faculty include positions as teachers, supervisors, principals, and superintendents. Degree programs offered include the Master's, Education Specialist, and Doctor of Education degrees. In addition to degree programs, the Educational Leadership & Policy Studies Department offers a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership to those wishing to obtain state certification in Administration. A Saturday-based cohort model is widely used in the Educational Leadership Master's and Doctoral programs to provide students with convenient schedules and promote peer collaboration through shared educational experiences.
