About Educational Measurement And Research

The Department of Educational Measurement and Research offers graduate degree programs at the Master's, Education Specialist,and Doctoral levels, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Research Methods. In addition it offers cognates in the areas of educational measurement, applied evaluation, and educational statistics for qualified doctoral students pursuing their doctoral degree outside of our department.

Students in the department study with faculty who are very active in their field. They also collaborate with faculty on a variety of research and evaluation projects.  Additional opportunities are provided students to gain practical research and evaluation experiences through the Center for Research, Evaluation, Assessment and Measurement (CREAM) which is housed in the department.
