About Child And Family Studies
In the Department of Child and Family Studies, our focus is to generate hope and solutions for the complex issues confronting individuals, children, families and communities. Our dedicated faculty and professional staff address this goal through leadership and innovations in research, evaluation, practice and policy. From this empirically based, applied viewpoint, the department's academic programs are designed to equip a new generation of professionals to be effective researchers, practitioners, and administrators.
