OAS Excellence Awards

The Administrative Services Excellence Awards Program is a peer-nominated recognition program. Individuals and teams can be nominated. Nominations are reviewed and scored by the Employee Engagement Team twice per year (Q1/Q2 and Q3/Q4). Scoring is based on 1) commitment, 2) reliability, and 3) "WOW" factor along with the OAS guiding principles: safe, responsive, helpful, and competent. Recipients are announced at the OAS Town Hall events. If you have questions about the program, please contact the Employee Engagement Team at OASEngagement@usf.edu.
