Applications for Admission Apply Online (preferred method) - USF's online application is hosted by FACTS (Florida Academic Counseling and Tracking for Students) and is a central web resource for students to plan and manage their higher education experience. Admission Status - Once you apply you can check the status of your application online. You will be able to see what documentation we have received, and what may still be needed before we can make an admissions decision. You will receive instructions for checking your status and creating an OASIS PIN after you apply. After ALL application materials have been received and reviewed by USF, you will receive your admissions decision. If you are unable to apply online, you may mail your printed application, residency form, transcripts and a non-refundable $30 application fee to: University of South Florida Download and print forms (*pdf - requires Acrobat Reader): If you have already applied to USF but have not attended, you may update your original application within one year of the term for which you first applied. When an applicant’s file is considered complete, a decision will be made and the applicant notified via postal mail.
