Activate Your Net ID & Email Account

After you are admitted, your next step is to activate your USF NetID and email account. Your NetID allows you to access various online services at USF and must be activated in order to check on the status of your application through OASIS. When activating your USF NetID, follow the prompts and enter the personalized code. Your USF ID number was provided to you previously in an email.

Submit Immunization & Medical History Forms

Visit the Student Health Services website for information on required forms and medical insurance. A hold will be placed on your student account and you will not be able to register for classes until the Medical History Form is submitted.

Finalize Your Provisional Admission

If your admission is provisional, pending the receipt of missing application materials (such as final or official transcripts or test scores), you must provide these documents upon arrival or no later than the end of the first semester of enrollment. Failure to submit the necessary materials will result in a registration hold for your second semester of study.
