This list, while comprehensive, is not intended to be an exhaustive account of all searchable databases.

PIVOT – Functions as a comprehensive database of funding opportunities from the government, philanthropic, and industrial sectors in all fields. Email notifications can be sent daily, weekly, or monthly. - Serves as the single access point for grant programs offered by the 26 federal grant-making agencies. The site provides weekly email service. USF researchers do NOT need to register with to search for funding opportunities. usernames and passwords are only required for grant submissions (note: only the Division of Sponsored Research [DSR] can submit grants via See Search Tips.

Federal Register – Provides an official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of Federal agencies and organizations, and executive orders and other presidential documents.

GRC – Is a site that provides personalized and comprehensive federal and private funding information to increase success rates among faculty and administrators at member institutions.

GrantForward – The University subscribes to GrantForward, a web-based resource that offers a database of sponsors and funding opportunities.
