Submit A Request
Business Support Services utilizes the Service Now ticketing system deployed by Information Technology at USF. Service Now is used by many different units on the USF Campus – Information Technology, Payment Services, Travel Audit and Compliance, Purchasing, and the University Controller's Office. Service Now allows for our customers and BSS to efficiently organize the transactions requested by our customers.
Service Now can be accessed through the MyUSF portal under the My Resources tab. You access Service Now for all types of request through the IT Tampa Help Desk link.
Submitting a request in Service Now is as simple as going to the "Service Catalog" of Self Service, and selecting "CAS ONLY – Request, Travel, Purchase, PCard" under the "Business and Finance" heading.
You can also view all the requests you have submitted to BSS by accessing "My BSS Requests" in Service Now.
Requests that you are related to, but not the person the request is for can be found under "Watched BSS".
