25 Under 25

Date: March 3, 2016
Place: BSN 112
Time: 4:30 p.m.

Representatives from the BizComm Center will lead an optional workshop to share insight with applicants on how to truly capture the essence of what makes one application stand out from the rest. When applying for a job or internship, students must not only meet certain qualifications but they must also be able to sell themselves to someone who doesn't already know them or USF's lingo (or what USF acronyms such as BBN, CMP, BHP, BBC, G3, or EB mean). Similarly, the 25 Under 25 program requires students to sell themselves to the judges, who are all external to USF.  At this workshop, BizComm staff will share tips to help applicants sell themselves in writing and, time permitting, may provide tips for writing an effective resume.
