Ildiko Toth is an instructor in the School of Accountancy, teaching classes such as Concepts of Federal Income Taxation and Intermediate Financial Accounting.
Toth's research interests include individual and corporate international taxation compliance issues, uncertain tax position reporting, and issues related to learning, curriculum design, decision making and judgment.
She holds an M.S. degree in accountancy (concentration Tax) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she also served as an instructor, as well as a BS in business administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her academic credentials, Toth is a CPA and has experience as a tax adviser, business analyst, and as a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.
