Christina Ingrassia oversees student employment, the On-Campus Internship Program, and programming support for student success in both on- and off- campus employment and internships. She provides programming support for the development of career readiness competencies.
She facilitates the process of ensuring that internships and student employment are communicated to students and provides guidance to employers to assist them in generating appropriate and effective position descriptions and postings.
Before arriving at USF, Christina administered a corporate internship program, conducted employee training and development programs, championed process improvement endeavors, and worked with nonprofits teaching life skills to middle- and high-school students.
Christina earned her master's degree at Troy University and her bachelor's degree at Toccoa Falls College.
