McClelland, Wanda, Office Manager
Manages office operations including payroll, purchasing and budgets; responds to inquiries from external vendors; ensures Career Services is in compliance with USF policies and procedures; provides free Notary Service for students.

Career Development Staff:

Dowling, Terry M.A., Career Counselor
Provides career counseling and job search coaching services. Assists faculty with infusion of career development into classrooms through curriculum development and presentations.

Keelan, Jean, M.S., Career Counselor
Manages and supervises the delivery of Career Development services and staff. Coordinates the Career Development for Today courses at USF and the Major Possibilities program. Provides career counseling and job search coaching services. Assists faculty with infusion of career development into classrooms through curriculum development and presentations.

Moubarak, Alexandra, M.S., Career Counselor
Provides career counseling and job search coaching services. Assists faculty with infusion of career development into classrooms through curriculum development and presentations.

Russell, Diane, M.A., Career Counselor
Coordinates and supervises the Career Peer program. Provides career counseling and job search coaching services. Assists faculty with infusion of career development into classrooms through curriculum development and presentations.

Cooperative Education and Customer Service Staff:

Mellon, Diane, M.S. Ed., Career Counselor
Manages and administers the Cooperative Education Program and co-op course for students and employers. Supervises customer service delivery to students and employers visiting and/or calling the Career Services office.

Marshall, Amanda, B.A., Staff Assistant
Assists with Cooperative Education administration and employer relations. Coordinates the scheduling of Alumni Career Services. Directly supervises the front desk student staff. Talk to Amanda if you are an employer and are interested in developing a co-op position.

Manages employer and student Employ-A-Bull database and provides technical assistance to students, employers and Career Services staff

Motley, Ashley, M.Ed. FWS Career Advisor & Employer Relations Coordinator
Provides career and job search coaching for students seeking Federal Work Study and part-time on/off-campus positions, and USF employers seeking to hire these students; assists in developing partnerships with employers with focus on the development of USF's Job Location and Development Program. Talk to Ashley if you are an employer and are interested in developing an internship program.

Roche, Kathi, Staff Assistant
Reviews and approves new part-time, internship, and full-time employment opportunities posted in the Employ-A-Bull job posting database; assists employers in using Employ-A-Bull and conducts reports regarding posting data; provides free Notary Service for students. Talk to Kathi if you are an employer and need assistance using Employ-A-Bull.

Rzeszut, Kelly, M.A., Employer Relations & Special Events Coordinator
Manages the delivery of Employer Relations services. Coordinates career fairs and employer-related special events; provides orientation to employers on portfolio of recruitment services, assists employers in selecting services that best match their needs and provides consultation in the development of customized recruitment strategies

Coste, Erica, On-campus Interviews & Employer Relations Coordinator
Coordinates on-campus interview schedules and assists employers with on-campus interviews; provides orientation to employers on portfolio of recruitment services, assists employers in selecting services that best match their needs and provides consultation on the development of customized recruitment strategies.

1st year student in the Master of Education College Student Affairs program; works closely with the Employer Relations & Special Events Coordinator as well as advises students during walk-in hours.
