As a member of the Internships & Career Readiness team, Jennifer serves as the Coordinator of Student Employment. Jennifer provides assistance to students who are interested in both on-campus and off-campus student employment opportunities, as well as Federal Work Study positions. Jennifer's role supports the Job Location Development (JLD) program; forming essential partnerships with off-campus businesses to secure and enhance part-time and employment and internships for USF Students. In addition, Jennifer coordinates the department's Career Peer leadership program, providing supervision and training to our Career Peer Advisors.

Jennifer provides "next steps" to those in their student employment and internship search process by providing guidance utilizing applicable resources. Students who meet with Jennifer may be coached on how to effectively prepare their professional documents; informed on navigating the student employment process; as well as referred to various career readiness programs, courses, and personnel within the office who may support their career goals.

Jennifer has a background in student affairs and brings three years of career advising to the ICR team. She earned her Master's degree in College Student Affairs from Nova Southeastern University, and her Bachelor's in Sport Management from Florida State University.
