Employment Types

Part-time Employment: Many USF students work part-time in addition to attending classes. Part-time positions can range from 10-30 hours per week.

Internships: Internships provide students the opportunity to gain career-related skills in a real-world work setting, and provide employers an opportunity to observe the intern's performance, with the possibility of future employment. Internships can be paid or unpaid and may be considered for academic credit.

Cooperative Education: Cooperative Education is a relationship between the University and employer that allows students to engage in a paid training experience in fields related to their major while pursuing their degree. While Co-op is always a paid position, it is not credit-bearing. To learn more about Co-op please visit our Internship & Cooperative Education page.

Full-time Employment: If you're trying to fill a full-time position think USF! USF graduates and alumni represent over 230 majors and programs. Graduations are held each May, August and December.
