Career Fairs for Employers

Career Fairs: At the beginning of each Fall and Spring academic semesters, Career Services coordinates the following career fairs for business, industries, non-profit organizations and government agencies to recruit candidates for their internship, cooperative education and full-time professional employment opportunities. These events are co-sponsored by the USF Alumni Association. All direct hiring employers are invited to participate in the following fairs:

Statewide Job Fair, CFE Arena (Formerly UCF Arena), 10am-3pm

The Statewide Job Fair will be held on May 14, 2015, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the CFE Arena (formerly UCF Arena). This job fair attracts over 150 employers and 1,500 students and alumni seeking full-time, professional positions. Space is limited. Registration for this event will close on May 1, 2015 or when the event is sold out, whichever occurs first.

Health Professions & Social Services Career Fair, Marshall Student Center Ballroom, Time TBD

All Majors Career Fair, Marshall Student Center Ballroom, 10am-3pm

Science, Engineering & Technology Career Fair, Marshall Student Center Ballroom, 10am-3pm

Accounting Career Fair, Marshall Student Center Ballroom, 10am-3pm

Eligibility: Any recruiter representing his/her direct hiring organization may participate in USF Career Fairs.

Registration Information: A registration fee plus tax is set for all fairs.

                                1 parking permit 
                                1 covered display table
                                2 chairs
                                2 continental breakfasts
                                2 lunches

Please Note: Additional lunches and electrical access are available for an additional fee. Due to space constraints we are unable to register organizations for more then one display table at this time. If you are interested in registering for an additional display table please email Erica Coste at and if space is available additional tables will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Tax exempt organizations must provide Career Services a copy of their tax exempt certification at the time the fair registration form is submitted.

* Registration is taken on a first come, first served basis. Please note that registration for certain fairs may become full before the advertised close date. Table placement is also done based upon time of registration.
