Interview Types

The On-Campus Interview Program is managed through Employ-A-Bull, so be sure to activate your free account to get started. There are several different types of interviews an employer can schedule, so be sure to pay attention to the "Interview Type" when you are looking to participate in the On-Campus Interview Program.

Overall, there are two types of interview schedules:

Open Method: this interview method is used by employers who will interview any candidate whose qualifications match their hiring criteria. Signups are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pre-selection Method: this interview method is used by employers who select interview candidates by pre-screening their resumes. Sign-ups are based on a structured timeline.

Be sure to pay attention to the interview types as the Pre-Selection Method involves a timeline of dates for which you must follow up if you are invited to interview by the employer. You will receive an email letting you know if you have been invited for an interview or not.

Interviews You Qualify For vs. All Upcoming Interviews:
