OCI for Students

On-Campus Interviews are scheduled through Handshake. To participate in on-campus interviews, an active Handshake account and approved, uploaded resume are required.

Eligibility: Only degree-seeking students and alumni with authorization to work in the United States may participate in on-campus interviews.

Information Sessions, hosted by employers, are a good opportunity to learn more about a specific organization. Information sessions are typically held on campus prior to the organization's on-campus interviews. A minimum of business casual attire is expected; professional attire (dress slacks, shirt and tie) is strongly encouraged.

Monitor your account. Recruiting schedules are dynamic. New interview schedules are added, dates changed and sometimes cancelled. So it's important to check Handshake daily during recruiting season. All interview schedule and employer information session date changes will be noted on Handshake.

Please note: many interview schedules close up to 2 weeks prior to the interview date, so if interested in an interview schedule please be sure to claim a time slot or request an interview as soon as possible.
