Communication Sciences and Disorders

Communication Sciences and Disorders is a discipline that focuses on the on understanding the processes of normal speech, language, and hearing, as well as assessing, diagnosing, and treating those with communicative disorders.  The curriculum enables students to develop the essential knowledge of communicative disorders based on scientific principles, skills, and approaches required for working with persons with a wide range of speech, language, and hearing problems of all ages. Please note that some of the careers below will require further education.
