International Studies

The undergraduate program in International Studies, offered through the Department of Government and International Affairs, is designed to provide a general background in world affairs with a special emphasis on political, economic, and cultural aspects. Courses focus on both general topics (such as conflict, globalization, terrorism, human rights) and area or country studies (the Middle East, Russia, China, Japan, Latin America are among the current offerings). Please note that some careers below will require further education.
