Overview

Our Dell and Apple certified technicians offer professional computer repair services.

• Certified technicians can perform warranty repairs on Apple, Dell, and Microsoft desktops and laptops.
• These services are accessible to USF's active faculty, staff, and students for their USF and personal desktop and laptop computers.
• Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. (appointment required)
• Located in the Tampa campus library - LIB 117

If you are having a technical issue with your computer, contact the IT Service Desk via itchat.usf.edu, phone (813) 974-HELP (4357), or email at help@usf.edu.

You can also submit a ticket via the Help Center Portal by visiting USF Information Technology Service Desk.

Once a request has been made, a technician will contact you to schedule an appointment.
