All regular State of Florida employees at USF are eligible to receive short-term services from the Employee Assistance Program. Regular employees are line staff working at least .50 FTE in the USF personnel categories of faculty, Staff and Administration. Family members (spouses and dependent children) residing in the employee’s household are also eligible for conjoint services.

There is no cost for services provided directly by an EAP counselor. If an external referral is made, the counselor will assist the employee in making the best use of his or her health insurance.
