Jonathan Grantham, Ed.D. (Florida State University) is the Deputy Superintendent of Curriculum & Instruction for Marion County Schools. He has been involved in K-12 administration for over 14 years at the public, charter, and lab school settings and specializes in personnel issues, finance, and curriculum and instruction. 

John Mann, Ed.D. (Indiana University) spent 38 years as a teacher, school principal, district director for Leadership Development, Communications and Government Relations, Instructional Media and Technology before assuming the position of Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instructional Services at the District School Board of Pasco County. He is currently the USF David C. Anchin Center Leadership Development Director and Coordinator for the Gulf Coast Partnership Level 2 Preparation Program.

Jenifer Neale, Ed.D. (University of South Florida) has been a public school educator for 30 years as a music teacher, teacher of students with emotional disabilities, reading specialist, assistant principal and district administrator for school improvement in the Hillsborough County School District. She specializes in school improvement and change processes, teacher evaluation policy and practice, and discourse analysis of leadership practice.

Daryl Ward, Ph.D (University of South Florida) is the Principal of the Harrison School for the Arts in the Polk County School District and serves as President of the Florida Alliance for Arts Education. His interests lie in life history, narrative inquiry, curriculum development, and community engagement. 

Earl Whitlock, Ed.D.  (Nova Southeastern University) spent 35 years in public education in Hillsborough County Public School District. He was a principal of two different schools, served as the district’s Environmental Education Coordinator, Elementary Science Supervisor and was the Director of Media and Technology. Other experiences included time as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Sierra Leone, West Africa, as a Teacher Corps Volunteer with the University of Florida in Jacksonville, and as the Chairman of the Board for Suncoast Schools Federal Credit Union.
