Yicheng Tu received a Ph.D. from Purdue University in 2007 and an M.S. in 2003, both in Computer Science. His current research efforts address large-scale data management and parallel and distributed computing. He has also worked on data stream management systems, and application of control theory in tuning database system performance, and peer-to-peer networks.

Research Interests:
His research interests are in the areas of databases, big data management, parallel and distributed systems.
