*Priority deadline means that applicants who have a complete application, all supporting documents, and an application fee on file will receive full consideration for admission to the program and for available department funding. Incomplete files or applications received after this date will be considered on a space-available basis.

**International applicants who are outside the United States are required to apply for a visa. Depending on the country of origin, this may take a few months. The deadlines for these applicants have been set with the hope that enough time will be available for the program to review the application file for admission, for the International Services Office to process the documents to issue an I-20, and for students to obtain a visa in their country. These deadlines are not meant to guarantee sufficient time. International applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
