Jason Liu is an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate-level courses in entrepreneurship at the USF Center for Entrepreneurship. Liu currently teaches Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management to mostly junior and senior undergraduate students.
Liu graduated from the University of Miami School of Law with Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation, and from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics and a Master of Business Administration. Liu is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
Concurrent with his teaching responsibility at USF, Liu is the managing partner in charge of finance and legal functions of an international company with annual revenue approaching $30 million in 2013. Prior to joining BBG, Liu practiced law with a large law firm and concentrated in transactional business law, with an emphasis on corporate transactions and taxation. In his capacity as an outside legal counsel, Liu regularly advised clients on various business-related matters involving structuring mergers, acquisitions, sales, partnerships, and federal, state and international tax.
