Listed below are the names of the FAST Team members "also known as" the FAST Subject Matter Experts or SMEs who have an active role in the financial accounting system. Staff who need assistance are advised to log a RightNow Service ticket with Information Technologies Help Desk (see below). If additional assistance is required please see the FAST Team Contact List below. Users should contact a member of the FAST Team or "SMEs" prior to contacting a member of the FAST Directors or Enterprise Business Systems Council.

FAST software and performance issues need to be logged for tracking purposes. Please log a ticket through the Information Technologies Help Desk using RightNow Service. Your issue will be logged and a response to your request will be addressed as soon as possible. The issue will be tracked and reported in order to improve system performance.
