USF Purchasing Services is launching a full contract management system on August 1, 2014 that will improve the contracting process and organize all contract data. You can find the new system in ServiceNow under Contracts Management, which will replace the Contract Transmittal Memo.
Managing your contracts in ServiceNow will allow you to
- Automate the contract submission, approval and renewal process.
- Store contracts and other related documents electronically.
- Search key terms and conditions of contracts.
- Ensure that organizations are aware of pending expirations and other important contract information through reports, dashboards and notifications.
