Cancellation Policy

Conference registration can be cancelled only in writing to USF Information Technology Attn: Kelly McLaughlin, 4202 E. Fowler Avenue, LIB 618, Tampa, FL 33620. Phone: 813-974-7576 or heema@usf.edu

  1. Cancellations postmarked or received on or before January 15, 2014 are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between January 16,2014 and February 28, 2014, are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee for conference registrations. If you cancel after February 28, 2014, you will receive no refund.
  2. Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a participant, please contact USF Information Technology at the earliest opportunity.
  3. All refunds will be made after the Conference and within two months.
