Create An Online USR (User Service Request)

User Service Requests (USRs) are requests by university community members for development or modifications to USF’s Enterprise Business Systems (EBS). The review, approval, prioritization and implementation of USRs follow a prescribed process involving the Functional Project Manager (FPM) for the applicable system, the Director’s Group (DG) for the applicable system and the EBS Council.

A request for changes, modifications or additions to any of the Enterprise Business Systems can be done by a university community member/user online using the Online User Service Request form.  The user should include as much information and research to:

·         Demonstrate that a problem or issue exists

·         Provide a reason or justification that something needs to be done to resolve the problem or issue

·         Either provide a solution or seek assistance for a solution

·         Indicate whether or not request will be a custom modification to a system

Once submitted, the request will be routed to the relevant Functional Project Manager for initial assessment and review.  The FPM may ask for additional information and a user may check the status of their request at any time using the Online User Service Request Status.

Please contact Gail Evans for any information on the OASIS USR process or if you need assistance with submitting an Online USR.
