The University of South Florida is pleased to host the 4th annual summer meeting of the State University System Accreditation and Assessment Network.
Meeting Dates/Times: July 12 (from Noon to 5:00 with Reception at 5:30) and July 13 (from 8:30 to Noon)
Meeting Registration and Hotel Reservation Deadline: 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2018
Meeting Registration Fee: $100

Lodging: Embassy Suites (30 rooms held at $149/night until June 5, 2018)

Meeting Location: Traditions Hall in the Sam and Martha Gibbons Alumni Center at USF
Parking: Embassy Suites charges $9.00 for self-parking and parking at the Alumni Center is extremely limited. Please carpool.
The meeting will begin with a buffet lunch in Traditions Hall in the Alumni Center at noon on Thursday, July 12 and will end by noon on Friday, July 13. The USF Alumni Center is a half mile by foot or one mile by car from Embassy Suites. Participants are encouraged to walk (or carpool) from Embassy Suites to the Alumni Center because parking is limited at the Alumni Center. If you require parking at the Alumni Center (Lot 23A), please click here as soon as possible, but no later than June 5, so we can try to reserve parking spaces for our group.
Reception on Thursday Evening: Embassy Suites guests are invited to participate in the Embassy Suites Manager Reception from 5:30 to 7:30 on Thursday evening free of charge. Meeting participants who will not be staying at Embassy Suites can join their colleagues at the reception by paying $12 at the door directly to the Embassy Suites. If you will not be staying at Embassy Suites but do wish to join your colleagues at the reception, please click here by June 5 so we can give a headcount to Embassy Suites to ensure they will have adequate food and staff on hand to meet the needs of our group.
