Submit Final Transcripts You must submit an official final transcript noting the date of your high school graduation by June 30. If you have dual enrollment credits, you also must provide an official college transcript. Transcripts must be provided in English or as a
certified translation.

Submit Medical History & Immunization Records All new students must submit the Medical History form and provide proof of immunizations to Student Health Services prior to registering for classes. Purchase Your Insurance Health Insurance is required for all International Students. Make sure to submit documentation to Student Health. http://www.usf.edu/student-affairs/student-health-services/insurance/index.aspx
Estimate Your Cost of Attendance The cost of attendance for International Students include tuition and fees, health insurance, housing, books, and other living expenses. Sign Up for Housing & Meal Plan If you plan to live on campus housing assignments are made based on the date of a completed housing application. To ensure you receive your preferred housing
assignment, do not delay!

Consider Opening a Bank Account Where will you keep your money while you're at school? The USF Federal Credit Union has the only on campus ATMs and banking locations. You can open accounts once you arrive to the U.S.
