The USF Patel College of Global Sustainability fosters sustainable urban communities and environments through collaborative research, education and community involvement. Its research generates innovations and new knowledge that will help cities around the world, including those in developing countries, reduce their ecological footprint while improving their form and function to make them healthier, more livable and resilient.
Tampa Bay Clean Cities Coalition (TBCCC)
The Tampa Bay Region embraces the use of non-petroleum based transportation fuels, which leads to improved health and welfare of its citizens and maintains a level of mobility that contributes to an enhanced quality of life.The Tampa Bay Clean Cities Coalition advances the energy, economic, and environmental security of the United States through its efforts to reduce petroleum use in transportation in our six-county region.
