The WELL Fitness Center
The Center for Wellness, Engagement, Leadership and Learning (WELL), located at the
crossroads of the USF Health campus, serves students and provides a gathering place
for the Health community to come together to learn, study, relax, dine and connect.
Campus Recreation, in partnership with the The WELL, now offers new fitness opportunities
for students, faculty and staff. The WELL Fitness Center offers 12,000 square feet
of recreation space featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment, group fitness classes
and full-service locker rooms with showers.
In addition to a dedicated group fitness room, the WELL Fitness Center offers a multitude of Technogym® cardiovascular equipment, including web-enabled treadmills, stationary bikes and stair steppers. Strength equipment includes power racks, free weight dumbbells up to 100 pounds, utility benches and Life Fitness® selectorized machines.
The WELL Fitness Center is open from 6 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. Monday – Friday with the exception of university recognized holidays. The WELL Fitness Center is located at 12901 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612. Visit our Directions and Parking page for parking information.
The Fit is located within The Village on the North side of the USF Tampa campus. A state of the art recreation facility and wellness center, The Fit serves all USF students' recreational needs. This new satellite facility is approximately 19,280 square feet and features a zero entry outdoor pool. Recreation center equipment includes indoor rowing machines, stair climbers, treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, upright and recline exercise bikes, strength machines, and free weights. The wellness center upstairs includes massage chairs and nap pods.

Sunday - Thursday: 11:00am - 11:00pm
Friday: 11:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 8:00pm
The FIT's Outdoor Pool is open Sunday - Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 7:00pm.
The FIT is located at 13415 USF Laurel Drive in USF's Village Residential complex.
