In need of a midweek pick-me-up? Wellness Wednesdays can help! Students have the chance to play games, win prizes, and learn about campus resources to help you stay balanced and well! Bring your friends to have fun, connect to resources, and learn what you can do to stay healthy as a student.
Wellness Wednesdays take place at different times throughout the year. Each month will have a different focus, covering a wide range of health topics relevant to you.
Fall 2017 Wellness Wednesdays Schedule:
All events will take place in the lobby of Juniper-Poplar Hall from 5:30-7:30pm
• September 27th: Healthy Communication
• October 18th: Alcohol Safety
• November 29th: Stress Management
