USF welcomes applications from international students as freshmen (first time enrolling at a university), lower-level transfer students (less than 60 credits), and upper-level transfer students (more than 60 credits).
International applicants living outside the U.S. may apply up to one year prior to the desired term of entry. Additional time is usually required for submission of academic documents, evaluation, and immigration related matters. I-20 issuance for obtaining a student visa must be completed at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester.

Please note USF's Immunization Policy requires that all students younger than 40 must submit acceptable proof of immunity to rubella to Student Health Services prior to registration for courses that meet on campus. Students born after December 31, 1956, must also submit proof of immunity to measles. To learn more, visit the Student Health Services website.
