Transient Students (Students Attending Another Florida Public Institution)
Transient students are students currently enrolled at a Florida public college or university who register for courses at another Florida public college or university on a temporary basis. In order to take courses at another institution, you must receive approval from your home institution.
Florida Virtual Campus houses information for transient students and applications for Florida institutions. APPLY NOW via Florida Virtual Campus, create a login ID and have the application fee waived.
Transient student registration for summer courses begins May 7, 2018.
Note: If you are currently enrolled in or are applying to a private college or university, please contact that private institution for information and instructions regarding transient admissions.
As a visiting (transient) student, you do not need to provide your transcripts, but
you must file the appropriate applications and proof of residency. To learn more,
visit the Office of the Registrar's website.
Please note USF's Immunization Policy requires that all students younger than 40 must submit acceptable proof of immunity to rubella to Student Health Services prior to registration for courses that meet on campus. Students born after Dec. 31, 1956, must also submit proof of immunity to measles. To learn more, visit the Student Health Services website.
