Annual Report
As an auxiliary unit, USF Testing Services is charged with growing as a business/service by adding new tests to its portfolio and by promoting the current portfolio. We have been successful in adding leading testing companies to our portfolio and in actively promoting the center through social media, print, and events. USF Testing Services is one of only four Florida State Universities that is certified by the National College Testing Association (NCTA).
USF Innovative Education Annual Report 2017-18
In fiscal year (FY) 2017-2018, we administered 22,199 tests and received a 9.65 score out of 10 from our Customer Satisfaction Survey. In FY 2017-2018, Testing Services generated $543,392.76 in revenue.
USF Innovative Education Annual Report 2018-19
In fiscal year (FY) 2018-2019, we delivered 24,627 test administrations (2,887 more when compared to last fiscal year) and maintained a 9.6 score out of 10 from our Customer Satisfaction Survey. In FY 2018-2019, USF Testing Services generated $561,571 in revenue ($18,179 more when compared to last fiscal year).
