USF Botanical Gardens

The USF Urban Food Sovereignty Group and the Judy Genshaft Honors College collaborate on student-led garden plots at the USF Botanical Gardens. We explore growing different types of herbs and vegetables, learn about bee populations, local ecosystems, and much more. Students can take courses such as Agrarianism and the Sacred, Rooted in Place, or Food Justice.
