Biography

Evgeniya is a doctoral student at the University of South Florida studying organizational resilience, leadership, and identity negotiation. Evgenia’s other area of interest is feminist perspectives on communication and leadership. One of her most recent projects looks at how communicative resilience is built and strengthened in the context of the pandemic and how culture-specific notion of agency influences what resilience looks like and what its long-term consequences can be.
