The Past, Present, and Future of the Library & Information Science Program   

The Library and Information Science Program delivered the 2021 State of the Program event on November 4th, 2021 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Associate Professor and LIS Program Coordinator Dr. Natalie Taylor presented an update on the important issues and events that impact the Master of Arts in Library and Information Science graduate program as well as the greater School of Information community. The event will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. 

SI also celebrated some of our outstanding alumni and students during the event. Winners of the Jean Key Gates Distinguished Alumni Award and the Outstanding Student of the Year Award were announced. Members of SOLIS (Student Organizations of Library & Information Science) provided an update on their activities as well as some of the exciting activities coming up in the future.
