Visiting Assistant Instructor

The Department of Mathematics & Statistics seeks to fill multiple 9-month, full time Visiting Assistant Instructor OR Visiting Assistant Professor of Instruction positions for the 2022-2023 academic year with possible extensions for a second or third year. Salary is $45,000 with a start date of August 7, 2022.

Duties include instruction and coordination of lower-level Mathematics and/or Statistics courses, including Calculus.

For a Visiting Assistant Instructor, minimum qualifications include a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Mathematics, Statistics or a closely-related field. For a Visiting Assistant Professor of Instruction, minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. from an accredited institution in Mathematics, Statistics or a closely-related field. Preferred qualification include some experience teaching in an auditorium setting.
