Theresa Cross is a native of Syracuse, NY. She is a PhD student in the International Affairs and Politics program in the School of Interdisciplinary Global Studies. She intends to focus her research on race and ethnicity and their impacts on politics and framework development in pursuing U.S. interests abroad.
She served over 30 years in the U.S. Army as a Signals Intelligence operator with a concentration in Latin America, an Intelligence Officer and advisor, and a Joint, Strategic Planner in various locations throughout the world.
