Marisol Hernández-Soto was born in Puerto Rico. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico(Magna Cum Laude), majoring in Humanities. She has a dual master’s degree from the University of South Tampa(Suma Cum Laude): Spanish and Culture, and Latino American Studies. Mrs. Hernández has been teaching in college for the last ten years. She has been part of the faculty at Florida Southwestern College, Florida Southern College and State College of Florida. She has also taught in the Study abroad Program in Spain.
Her interest is to motivate students into learning Spanish and appreciate the Hispanic/Latino culture. She enjoys traveling and experiencing all sorts of new cuisine.
