Overview
University Budgets & Reporting supports the mission of the University by providing financial and budget information to the USF System. The areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordinating the submission of the Salary Category Detail File (SCD), Operating Budget (OB) and Expenditure Analysis (EA) to the Florida Board of Governors (BOG)
- Administer legislative appropriations
- Ensure budget levels for the fund areas
