Neuromarketing Research
The Center for Marketing and Sales Innovation is home to two Customer Experience Labs. The lab located on the Tampa campus includes twenty individual biometric testing stations each equipped with eye tracking, galvanic skin response, and facial expression sensors. Four of the twenty stations are also equipped with EEG. The St Petersburg lab is well equipped to support group interactions.
