Haleigh Prosia is the program coordinator for the Muma College of Business' Corporate Mentor Program, which places current USF first-generation juniors and seniors with corporate executives from the Tampa Bay area. She works with first-generation students to assist with their professional development, career readiness, and provides academic coaching for students enrolled in the program.
Prior to her appointment to this position, she worked for three years as a freshman admissions counselor in the Chicagoland area, where she is from. In that role, she recruited incoming students, awarded admission and scholarships, counseled on financial aid and coordinated the student ambassador/tour guide program.
Prosia attended North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, where she received a bachelor's degree in marketing. She minored in leadership and human resource management.
