AREA OF EMPHASIS

This area of study helps students actualize their entrepreneurial ideas, including how to develop and finance new ventures.

Students must complete ENT 6016 New Venture Formation/Technology Venture Strategies and two additional elective courses from the list below to earn a specialization.

  • ENT 6126 Strategic Entrepreneurship (cross listed with EIN 6936)
  • ENT 6930 Global Entrepreneurship
  • ENT 6930 Social Entrepreneurship

  • Other elective as approved by MBA Advisor

Certificate Option

Students also have the option to earn a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship. In order to earn this certificate, students should apply to the certificate by going to www.gradcerts.usf.edu and should complete the following 4 courses:
