Employer Relations Coordinator
Amanda Marshall is responsible for supporting employer recruitment activity at USF by coordinating career fairs and signature events, including their management in Handshake. She works with employer partners to finalize fair and event participation and logistics and collaborates with the marketing team to develop and distribute communication to students and employers.
Previously, Amanda was the Cooperative Education Employer Relations Assistant and developed employer partnerships and student positions for the Cooperative Education Program. She also provided internal support for the Co-op application process and assisted with administrative functions related to the program.
Before joining Career Services, Amanda worked as a student office assistant and peer mentor in the Honors College at the University of South Florida. She also worked in customer service roles for over seven years as a sales specialist and area sales manager at Dillard's Department Store where she developed her passion for helping people.
Amanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida.
